Community Monroe Italia – Weekly Meditations

The Community Monroe Italia responds to the need of creating a space where people can continue to have group experiences with the frequencies. Through weekly online meditations, the Community will give you the opportunity to be part of a circuit of people dedicated to the development of Consciousness. You feel much less alone, and more supported, when you are in contact with people who “speak your language” and can understand the kind of experiences you have, without judging, rather with the intention of sharing and contributing. This is invaluable.

These are 1.5-hour online meetings where, after a brief introduction to the meditation of the day, the exercise will be streamed via zoom, then followed by a sharing circle led to a Monroe trainer to compare, share and better understand the experiences. Sharing is always optional but we encourage you to do so as it contributes greatly to personal understanding and integration as well as being enjoyable and interesting for everyone.

You feel much less alone, and more supported, when you are in contact with people who “speak your language” and can understand the kind of experiences you have, without judging, rather with the intention of sharing and contributing. This is invaluable.

What it is
These are 1.5-hour online meetings where, after a brief introduction to the meditation of the day, the exercise will be streamed via zoom, then followed by a sharing circle led to a Monroe trainer to compare, share and better understand the experiences. Sharing is always optional but we encourage you to do so as it contributes greatly to personal understanding and integration as well as being enjoyable and interesting for everyone.

How to prepare
Choose a quiet and peaceful place where you can relax. Bring your headphones with you and let yourself be carried away by the frequencies and music of the Monroe meditation.

What to expect
During the experience you will enter an expanded state of consciousness, while relaxing your body and mind deeply thanks to the frequencies and the brain synchronisation they generate. You will be able to experience mental and physical well-being, new perceptions and sensations, and pick up messages that are important to you.

How to connect and participate

  • Click meeting link received on email/whatsapp/zoom (pay attention to start time and be on time)
  • If you use smartphones you will be asked the first time to install the ZOOM app (free)
  • If you use computers you can connect from web page or zoom application (to be installed, free)
  • Verify that your settings receive audio in stereo on this page

During the connection

  • Turn the video on but keep the microphone off, turn it on only when you want to talk.

How to prepare for the meditation

  • Arrange yourself in a comfortable position (armchair, sofa, bed, etc.)
  • Avoid external noise (on the smartphone you can put airplane mode with wi-fi on)
  • Listen to the preparation and beginning meditation information you will be given
  • Wear headphones plug them in and adjust the volume
  • At the beginning of meditation turn off microphone and video from ZOOM
    (you will avoid transmitting local noise and consuming too much bandwidth)
  • Close your eyes, open your mind and allow yourself to meditate

At the end of the meditation activates microphone and video from ZOOM, and share your experience

To end the connection select the “END MEETING” button on the ZOOM application and close it.
