The Gold Level represents a deeper, structured and ongoing meditation experience designed for those who wish to go beyond basic practice and establish a stable relationship with expanded states of consciousness.

This level, accessible to all even without having taken other courses, offers access to a curated selection of Monroe Institute guided meditations, based on its audio technology, designed to take you on a path of inner exploration, awareness and integration into daily life.

What the Gold Level includes

• Full access to the Gold meditation library for a period of 6 months, with progressive and in-depth content
