{"id":13649,"date":"2023-12-11T17:19:15","date_gmt":"2023-12-11T16:19:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.monroeinstitute.it\/prodotto\/exploring-consciousness\/"},"modified":"2025-03-15T17:49:45","modified_gmt":"2025-03-15T16:49:45","slug":"exploring-consciousness","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/www.monroeinstitute.it\/en\/exploring-consciousness\/","title":{"rendered":"Exploring Consciousness"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Exploring<\/strong> Consciousness is an intensive 2-day program that offers the opportunity to explore different states of consciousness, which facilitate self-discovery, self-empowerment and personal transformation. <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is the introductory course in the use of binaural frequencies and techniques for exploring consciousness through frequencies. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is a nonresidential course during which audio exercises and other activities are practiced that provide numerous opportunities for exploration and self-discovery.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is ideal for people who are interested in personal growth, with an open mind to new experiences, who have a desire to <em>discover for themselves<\/em> and find their own answers to their questions, new and old.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>During the two-day course you experience two states of consciousness: Focus 10, state of sleeping body and awake mind; and Focus 12, state of expanded consciousness. Accessing and exploring these states allow you to know and understand your Total Self better, accessing new or unexplored inner resources.<\/p>\n<p>Although it does not happen often, some participants also report experiences of contact and communication with deceased loved ones, out-of-body experiences (OBEs) and astral travel, and other mystical experiences.
