Description
Exploring Consciousness is an intensive 2-day programme that offers the opportunity to explore different states of consciousness to facilitate self-discovery, self-empowerment and personal transformation. This is the introductory course in the use of binaural frequencies and techniques for exploring consciousness through frequencies (Hemi-Sync®). It is a nonresidential course during which we will practice audio exercises and other activities that provide numerous opportunities for exploration and self-discovery.
It is ideal for people who are interested in personal growth, approach new experiences with an open mind, have a desire to discover for themselves and find their own answers to their questions, new and old.
During the two-day course you experience two states of consciousness: Focus 10, state of “body asleep and mind awake”; and Focus 12, the state of expanded awareness. Accessing and exploring these states allow you to know and better understand your Total Self, while accessing new or unexplored inner resources.
Some participants also report experiences of contact and communication with deceased loved ones, out-of-body experiences (OBEs) and astral travel, and other mystical experiences. However, this does not happen often and cannot be guaranteed.
What we do promise is that you will return home with new experiences, new knowledge and newly-found skills useful for accessing and taking advantage of these expanded states of consciousness. And you will be able to do so on your own without using Hemi-Sync®.
Exploring Consciousness is based on the first two days of the Gateway Voyage® residential programme.
