Sound Healing grew out of the Monroe Institute’s experience in energy medicine and the use of frequencies. It is an interdisciplinary program, developed by physicians, Reiki masters, holistic practitioners, and Monroe trainers, respecting the principles of health and bio-energetic and spiritual balance of the human being.
We have always known that sound affects our energy field globally. All physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects are involved in the process of maintaining health. Thanks to Monroe Sound Science, its sound technology and ancient knowledge about the energetic principles governing balance and health, you will learn, through explanations and practical exercises, how sound frequencies can influence and enhance the natural self-healing abilities of human beings.
The Monroe Sound Science audio exercises, developed for this program, include for the first time Gamma frequencies and other specific vibration frequencies of the systems/organs of the human body and the 7 chakras. Such sounds accompanied by the trainer’s explanations will act to reactivate and rebalance the whole being, according to the principle of bio-resonance.
Absence of verbal guidance in the sound tracks is specifically intended to emphasize healing through sound/frequency. A small amount of guidance can be added later to support the rebalancing process.
